We offer our time and deliver a concept floor plan for a set fee which we will deduct during the next stage of your project.
Concept & 3D
We review local guidelines and measure your site before producing a series of schematic conceptual designs that illustrate the architectural possibilities of your new home. Later, we develop these initial concepts into a refined architectural solution.
Town Planning
Well versed in town planning, we will attend a preliminary meeting with Council on your behalf. Here we will present a site analysis, developed plans, and our design response to building your home within local council guidelines.
Construction and Interior Design
